The blogging experience at a very early stage

I started this blog in early November, motivated somewhat to have a place to express my views and make comments on articles and posts around the web, without having to worry about space restrictions or about fickle or overbearing moderation.  I wasn’t sure what to expect, or even if anyone would be at all interested in my, admittedly opinionated, blathering.

One of the delightful surprises I encountered was the thoughtful and supportive WordPress community.  I’ve been consistently impressed by the quality and caliber of the comments and posts of my fellow bloggers.  This community has made the process of getting my little corner of the web started a much easier and enjoyable process.  Thank you!

I’m particularly grateful to Eric at Hunt FOR Truth and Scout Paget at Atomic Flash Deluxe for nominating this nascent blog for awards and promoting it to their followers.  I can only hope to aspire to what they do.

I’m also grateful to those who followed me from the HuffPost and Disqus comment threads, and especially to amanimal for the excellent conversation, feedback, and support.

Again, thank you all!

  1. You are most welcome ‘SAP’ and thank you! You know I enjoy the neurochemical cocktail rewards in satisfying my knowledge instinct. Your “opinionated blathering[s]” often send me off searching to find something new and interesting 🙂

  2. You’re very welcome, Mike. I enjoy the challenging subject matter that you present in your posts. I think they essentially come down to the question, what does it mean to be human? And I’m all into that. *grinz*

    Keep on keeping on!
